About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Bricklayer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and finishing brick, block, and stone structures on residential and commercial projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Lay bricks, blocks, and stone according to project specifications and blueprints
• Measure, cut, and shape materials to ensure proper fit and alignment
• Mix and apply mortar, ensuring clean and precise finishes
• Repair and maintain existing brick or block structures
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Work alongside other trades and team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bricklayer or in a similar role
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and construction methods
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Safety-conscious and reliable
