We are currently seeking a skilled Carpenter with Foreman experience to join our team in Sparwood, BC. This is a great opportunity for an experienced tradesperson who can take the lead on residential or commercial projects while maintaining a hands-on approach on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate on-site construction activities
• Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters and laborers
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines
• Perform general and finish carpentry tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a carpenter (journeyman/red seal preferred)
• Proven experience in a foreman or leadership role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Must have own tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
