Position Summary:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Foreman with a strong background in excavation and foundation work for multi-family homes. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in reading construction plans, executing daily task planning, and leading field crews in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and execute construction plans and specifications.
• Conduct and review FLHAs (Field-Level Hazard Assessments) daily.
• Lead and manage on-site construction crews with clear, proactive communication.
• Oversee the excavation and foundation work for multi-family home basements.
• Plan and organize daily job site tasks, including coordinating truck hauls, water trucks, and materials.
• Communicate effectively with both the crew and project supervisors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Foreman in residential or multi-family construction.
• Strong understanding of FLHAs and site safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience in excavation and concrete foundations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Able to plan and prioritize daily work tasks independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
