Position Summary:
We are hiring a qualified Excavator Operator who excels at detailed digging, site prep, and efficient loading of trucks. This role is critical to supporting our foundation and infrastructure crews on multi-family housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently on active job sites.
• Perform precise and detailed digging for footings, foundations, and utilities.
• Load trucks quickly and accurately while maintaining safe operations.
• Work closely with foremen and site supervisors to complete tasks as scheduled.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all site safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators on construction sites.
• Proven skill in detail excavation work, particularly for residential or multi-family foundations.
• Experience loading trucks in a safe and productive manner.
• Strong understanding of equipment safety and on-site procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to get to and from job sites.

Preferred:

• Experience with trenching, grading, or utility work.
• Familiarity with GPS or laser-guided systems (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$38.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
