We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in one of the manufacturing warehouse in Acheson. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operational needs of our projects.MUST BE ABLE TO DO DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our work sites are safe, organized, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites - manufacturing plant and warehouse
• Label and package finished products as required
• Perform quality checks on manufactured goods
• Load and unload materials and equipment for incoming and outgoing products
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Skills

• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Basic knowledge of warehouse or labor-related tasks is preferred
• Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork
• Attention to detail to ensure quality work standards
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques as needed
• Valid class 5 driver’s license and able to drive to the work site daily
