We’re looking for a driven and energetic Journeyman Millwright who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment. You’re a go-getter with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to getting things done. As a courageous safety leader with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, you take pride in working independently and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Repair, install, and maintain industrial equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, process piping, and heat exchangers
• Inspect, maintain, install, and repair CNC/automated machinery for glass, wood, aluminum, and sheet metal production
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul machine components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer’s drawings
• Complete detailed reports including work orders, progress updates, and equipment recommendations
• Record all maintenance activities in the CMMS software and ensure PM schedules are completed on time
• Work efficiently under pressure in a high-paced environment

What You Bring

• Journeyman Millwright Certificate or Interprovincial Red Seal (recognized by Alberta AIT)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
• Skilled in troubleshooting 24V control and PLC circuits
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
• Strong mechanical and rebuild experience
• 2+ years of experience with CNC, woodworking, or metal fabrication equipment
• Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, gearboxes, fans, welding, machining, and conveyors
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong computer and smartphone skills
