We are currently looking for our new office admin/recruiter at our Calgary location! We are in need of a high-energy, fun and outgoing person to join our team. We are extremely busy right now and we are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow with our company. The perfect candidate will be loud and bubbly, and be able to positively interact with both clients and employees. This person will help us maintain the office and provide the best service to our clients and employees as possible.
We are coming into our busy season and we are looking for someone with a “go-getter” attitude, who will take the initiative and hit the ground running with all the tasks!
TIPS Personnel is a temporary to permanent staffing agency. We work with hundreds of clients all across Canada to help with all of their staffing needs. From sourcing and recruiting, to interviewing, hiring and placing employees into jobs, we take care of all of the staffing needs for our clientele.
Job Description:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to facilitate collaboration
- Answering phones, directing callers to the right person/department
- Scheduling appointments and interviews
- Maintaining the flow of interviews and candidates
- Maintaining the front of the office, walk in traffic
- Dealing with clients, both internal and external
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Placing candidates into daily jobs, full time jobs, part time jobs based on the job requirements
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews through ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Daily client communications
- Client and site visits – MUST DRIVE
- Conducting interviews
Because we are a staffing agency, our employees that work through TIPS at our various clients are the most important thing to us. We are looking for someone who is able to get to know the applicants and take the time to make the right placements; connecting the right employee with the right client!
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Post secondary graduate in related field is an asset
- Administrative/office/reception experience
- Excellent experience with computers and Microsoft programs
- Experience use ATS or CRM systems
- Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
- MUST speak, read and write English fluently
- Attention to detail, detail oriented
- Able to work flexible hours (sometimes we stay late when busy)
Attributes:
- The ability to work effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Recruiting/interviewing experience is an asset
- Ability to take ownership of duties and responsibilities
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Payroll experience is an asset
Shift:
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 530pm (sometimes we work to 630pm or later)
- Rotate on-call weekends (work from home) with other staff
- Starting wage $19 to $20 an hour
- Benefits package offered after 3 months
