Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project planning, product development, and IT project management. Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project goals.
• Implement Agile methodologies such as Scrum to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
• Coordinate resources and manage budgets effectively throughout the project duration.
• Conduct regular status meetings with team members to track progress and address any challenges.
• Negotiate with vendors and stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support for projects.
• Utilize Salesforce for project tracking and reporting purposes.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately for future reference.

Experience

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT or product development environments.
• Strong knowledge of program management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with requirements management processes to ensure all stakeholder needs are met.
• Demonstrated ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience in negotiating contracts or agreements with external partners is preferred.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus.

Pay: $45.00-$48.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:

• drivers license and personal vehicle (preferred)
