We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 300+ condo units. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in property management, thrive under pressure, and have exceptional organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for 300+ condo units.
  • Manage tenant relations, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using various computer programs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a property management role (required).
  • Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in high-stress situations.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer programs and property management software.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
