This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining various structures and systems, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities

• Install and repair structures and fixtures made from various materials including wood, metal, and concrete.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks such as framing, roofing, caulking, and tile laying.
• Perform heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment on-site.
• Execute concrete forming and masonry tasks as needed for different projects.
• Conduct restoration work on existing structures to improve functionality or aesthetics.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety on the job site.

Skills

• Proficient in construction estimating with the ability to assess project costs accurately.
• Strong experience with hand tools, power tools, and various construction techniques.
• Familiarity with roofing systems, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, plumbing, welding, masonry, and remodeling practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively for accurate installation processes.
• Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and restoration methods is highly desirable.
• Experience in maintenance person services is a plus, showcasing versatility in skills.
