Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Skid Steer Operator who can perform precise finish grading and SOG gravel placement. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skid steer equipment for fine grading and SOG gravel preparation.
• Ensure surfaces are level, compacted, and meet plan specifications.
• Work closely with foremen and grading crews to meet daily production goals.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and keep equipment clean and safe.
• Follow all site safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating skid steers in construction.
• Proven skills in finish grading and slab-on-grade gravel preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
• Familiarity with reading site plans and grade stakes a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Preferred:

• Experience on multi-family residential sites
• Knowledge of laser or GPS grading systems (if applicable)

Pay: $35.00-$38.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
